Description

Oh look, it's the Mad Hatter.

I love the way this turned out! It was originally just gonna be lineless flat-color, but I used the burn tool some to add more texture/volume and I used the lasso tool in PSE7 for the shapes. I might keep this pony as an OC just 'cuz I LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE the Mad Hatter<33
